I also have verrry dry lips. I have tried everything... I have noticed the only thing that works is consistency. IMO it doesnt matter what kind of chapstick you use.
Before I go to bed, I put on chapstick (Carmex $1.00) EVERY NIGHT!!! and Im good for the whole day unless the weather is really dry. Then I have re apply thru out the day. if I miss one night, the next day my lips are chapped all day!!!!
