Ok, no help? That's ok, I have the answer.
Mineral IS a petroleum product.
Mineral oil has many uses and can be and IS used as a lubricant for clippers.... as I mentioned earlier, so that's what I got and am going to use.
TIP: If you're having problems going #2, mineral oil will help it pass easier. LOL! Never knew that!
