Breeder has been contacted but I think she runs a semi-puppy mill. When we picked her up there were 2 chihuahuas pregnant and when we were half way home, I noticed the woman did not give us any food for her.
When I got my dog, Penny, the owner and I signed a contract. She was properly cared and all her shots were documented. She even gave me can food and dry food that they were feeding the pup as well as a blankie to calm her.
I'm afraid that if I return Molly, they will just use her to breed her.
