Suzi does this too. However, I always thought it was cute. Right before she wants to lay down, she starts up. I can't help but chuckle > Perhaps I am just a softy. I know she is not hurting anything. She does not have sharp nails or anything. Not as if it were a cats claws. As small as A yorkie is I do not find the behavior too upsetting at all. I just think it is just one of their quirks.
