 He just won't potty on a lead
Our little guy Sebastian (1-1/2 years) is fitting in so well with our family. He is housebroke, and doing great, mostly, except for the fact that he is used to having a fenced in yard and running around doing his potty business (poo) where he wants to. Our yard isn't fenced in and he has to walk on a leash) I take him outside often, and we stay out for a long time walking everywhere, letting him take the lead so he can find the perfect spot, but he just won't go.
He has been going poo only about every 1-1/2 to 2 days, and I can tell he has to GO!!! He whines and whimpers for me to take him out, but then just can't do his business. He has had about 2 accidents in the house, from just waiting too long. I am worried this might have a negative effect on his health. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice. |
