Thank goodness they are ok! I'm very familiar with the coupler jerk and grab. I stopped walking my dogs for the longest time because of unleashed dogs or dogs darting out their front doors. I always hear the same thing...He won't hurt them... I'm not taking that chance. I don't understand this ignorance people have. We have fenced in back yards in my neighborhood and my neighbors STILL let their dogs out in the front yard.
