i cannot believe the vet told you to go home wait for the worst what an idiot never go back to that vet!
use the milk you get from the baking isle at the store mix it with water 1/2 and half also you half to rub them to make them go potty research online everything you can about this keep the puppy on a heating pad but do not let them get to hot to get burnt possibly see if theres someone better qaulified to take thte puppy who knows what hey are doing
