You could also try cutting a "triangle" the shape of her ear out of brown paper bag and attaching it to the inside of her ear (shaved) with eyelash glue. This is what I do for my puppies ears, the other puppies don't see it like they do the tape and don't pull at it. It will stay on for about a week and doesn't seem to bother the littler puppers like the tape does.. I'm sure she's teething, but this is what I'd do.
