Have you taken your furbaby to the vet for an xray? When Uni was only 3 months, I would wake up multiple times in the night to see if she needed to potty. One morning at 4am I was a bit clumsy, pushed on her bladder, and she squirmed. She fell and landed on her right hand, and squealed for about 3 mins. I felt her hand after, and massaged it to see if pressure on it hurt her, it didn't. ( I thought it was fractured) Since then she is so strong, jumps from high places, thinks she is invincible! (as all yorkie do)
That said 10 feet is a HUGE drop. Please take him to the vet and get an xray!
