I've never heard of anyone using baby formula for a pup. I would think it's too rich for their system. She probably can't digest it. If she can't digest it, you're probably doing more harm than good. Don't they have pet stores or supermarkets where you live? Most pet stores carry a milk replacement and (at least in the U.S.) supermarkets carry goat's milk. Really, the best thing is to try to get her to nurse. She should be fed every 2 hours and never feed a cold baby. Keep her warm. If you absolutely cannot get a puppy formula or goats milk at the store, call an emergency vet and they will have something. At this point, you may do better to just give her a little sugar water for a couple of feedings to see if she can clear out the baby formula. Also, burp her to relieve the gas and if Mom isn't cleaning her, stimulate her bottom and privates with a small damp cloth to help her go potty. If you can get the canned goat's milk, dilute it...use 1 part water to 1 part goat's milk.
