are you sure its her tummy that's making noise and not her lungs? You have to be real careful when feeding a pup this young, and never feed a cold pup, always make sure its warm before feeding. you also will need to help it pee and poo. if momma dog is not doing this, or she will get constipated. take a wet warm cotton ball or cloth and gently rub her bottom until he/she goes. don't rub to hard. the baby formula might be to hard on her tummy. the vet should of had some puppy milk you could use.but mommas milk is always best. did the vet check its mouth to make sure it didn't have a cleft pallet ?
