Aw, I'm sorry to hear about this.
Potty training is super time-consuming and frustrating, but it's really a shame your husband couldn't handle it. Definitely find some way to beg/convince/threaten him to use that enzyme cleaner religiously. I don't have any experience with this, but I do think that Penny will re-learn when you two get back home.
