I would of assumed the same, that he would of spayed her too but I don't know why he didn't think too. He told me when I picked her up that he would like to do it end of May. Well she is just about done her heat, her vulva is still a bit swollen, I want to make sure she is completely done and we will be doing a spay hopefully early June.
My mom wasn't expecting her pup to go into heat so early. I don't know what my moms plans are, but I know she wanted to keep her options open incase she wanted to have pups AFTER she spoke with the vet about her pup and possible puppies in the future.
She is trying to get a hold of the breeder and speak with her about the puppy and see what she has to say. She will be bringing her in tonight or tomorrow.
