I can't help but put my two cents in.......The only difference between the parti and the Biewer, is that the Biewer first appeared in Germany and therefore was given a name and basically a stamp of approval and called it's own breed....It still however came from 2 regular Yorkies....Then the first black and white one pops up in the USA and obviously cannot be called Biewer since it was not born in Germany so they gave it a whole new name...The Parti Yorkie....It is the same gene that they all carry that makes them black and white....The only real difference is the registration papers..
