Hopefully those folks know to use Ivermectin (Heartguard)...then again, the weight breakdown for H.guard is not something I like (less specific toward small dogs). So then you'd be overdosing there, just in a different way, you know? That has always bugged me.

And I was also reading that while some heartworm meds lower the seizure threshold (), Interceptor is the one w/ the least amount of chance of doing that -- can't tell whether this is anecdotal or not, yet. Do you know?

And then (I need to stop reading), if you look at the Australian version of Interceptor - which is Interceptor Spectrum - that version also treats for tapeworm...so now I wonder why we don't treat for that here as well. Confusing.
