The vet may give you a hard time saying that it does not need to be done but it is good to have a baseline (which a lot of people get with pre spay/neuter blood work). I would want a CBC, blood panel and urinalysis. The u/a is just part of a good look at what is going on and you can see if she has protein in her urine, etc. I would also want a bile acids test to check liver function since Yorkies are prone to shunts but most vets don't bother with it.
