as long as it's up by 6 mos. She's probably just teething, but, you can go ahead and tape the one ear. Leave the tape on a week, then when you take it off, if it's still flopping, then tape it again in intervals of 24 hours, until it stays up.
My little one(2 3/4 lbs) had her ears up perfectly, they came down one day in Feb and never did go back up. With her it doesn't really matter to me, but, I did prefer hers up(she's a biewer). Good luck
p.s. I woudn't tape the other ear if it's up nice, but, I would also shave it to keep the extra weight off of it
