the puppy got a clean bill of health so far.
the bump could be a hernia but it looks more like a sliver. if it is a sliver the vet will remove it when she's older. (i don't understand that part. why not remove it now?
) there's still a possibility it could be hernia.
the new owner plans to have blood work done in the next few days as well.
she's 2.3 pounds but the doctor expects her to gain at least another pound.
