No but I've never used it.
There are several reports that dogs are getting heartworms while on Revolution and because it hasn't been around for long, it would make sense that reports are just starting to come out. It is also apparently responsible for more deaths yearly than Heartgard and Interceptor combined. That would make sense if more people used Revolution but I highly doubt it. Heartgard seems much more popular.

If you do a search on YT, there are a couple reports of people hearing that it isn't as effective as other as well. One of the people who posted is MyFairLacy (vet student).
Last time I search this I found a bit more info, so I wonder if the sites got taken down or maybe I'm just missing them.
Of course no med is 100% though and there is risk of heartworms while using any of them...
