Yes, it's normal to bleed a little bit, don't worry!
I remember how scared I was when Rex lost his first tooth - we were playing with his Kong rope and I was pulling and he was tugging, and then all of a sudden, he just kinda spit his tooth out! I was freaking out, I had never had a dog before, and didn't know this happened, so I had to call the vet, and she told me it was perfectly normal, and that it may bleed a little.
