Update: So I have really been checking Charlie's funky smell out. I just gave him a bath last Friday, and his body still smells great today. So I know for sure it is the facial area. Today I cleaned his eyes and smelled them, opened his mouth and smelled it, cleaned his muzzle and smelled it, all those areas are fine and don't have an odor. I think this guy may have an issue with his ears, it is the only area that seem to still have a stench, the left side more than the right. I just cleaned his ears on Friday too, they seemed really clean. Charlie hates getting his ears cleaned but he did let me clean them, I would think since he has been stinky for so long the inside of his ears would be black by now if it were an infection. So I will take him to the vet and see what she has to say.
