Did the vet recommend it while the exam room was covered in Royal canin products and ads? My orignal vet from Banfield (inside petsmart) recommended royal canin, gee i wonder why they pay him to say that. It's pricey and yes has corn in it. Uni kinda liked it, then grew tired of it. I had to mix it in with canned, which was a big mess. I switched over to Science Diet "Nature's best" lamb and rice small bites. No corn, Uni loves it, no more mixing with canned food, no more messy face/beard.

Royal canin is too exxpensive i think $20+ per 3 lb bag!
