Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your home, but I'm so glad Uni is ok, she's such a little dear. I know, yorkies do have a bad reputation, Joey is the most challenging dog, I've ever had, but I think it's because they are so independent and smart. You have to be smarter than the dog to teach it something!
