Those burns need to be attended to , because ofthe great risk of infection. He was tortured. Also , please call the police and them make a report, or as a animal cruelty case. This guy called your cell phone, his number is there, right? He made a threat, really harmed your dog too, he is a sick freak.
I am glad you got him back, and now he needs medicare attention. Burns are very serious. I have burns, so this has touched me on a personal level. It breaks my heart, to know what your dog has been through. How sick was that "individual" to do what he did ! I came from the Bay area.
It is unbeliable that this groomer place let go of a dog? Allowed a to get out of it's doors? run away? thats maddening! total negligence!
