Thank you everyone for all of your information.

I made an appointment (both times) I've taken her there. I've never seen where they groom or what kind of area/crate they keep the animals in. It's really the only place in our town that has a certified groomer. Although I'm pretty sure a few of the people working there aren't certified and VERY young to be doing this type of job.
