Not only are there yorkie seizure & diabetes service dogs, there are yorkie service dogs for those in wheel chairs and are excellent for those with Psychiatric Disorders.

I know this because I have a 4 year old Yorkie who has been trained and certified as a Psychiatric Service Dog. I have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Dissorder) as the result of a rape in my own home by a complete stranger, and have had serious side effects ranging from feeling unsafe to complete disassociation(a trance like state in which I end up reliving the event). I originally got KC as a pet, however quickly realized that he knew when I was being triggered way before I realized it. We followed through with training and he was certified last September.
