My Vet recommends everyday. But if it's a struggle, at least 3 times a week.
I shoot for most days. We're probably at 5-6 days a week on average. I just make it part of the daily grooming session. I brush teeth first, take a warm rag and clean her face up (cause the toothpaste gets everywhere!) and wipe out her eye boogies. Then onto the grooming.
