My 8 year old yorkie is the alpha of his 5 yr old sister yorkie and his 4 year old Siberian Huskey brother.
. Just follow the simple rules and all will go well.
I am the alpha dog in this house, and then my shih tzu(11), but, mine all eat out of the same bowl, the shih tzu is the only one that sits to eat, the rest just grab a kibble here and there. As far as treats, my alpha gets her treats last. She has always stood back and waited until all the others have theirs, then she walks up and takes hers. She has never bitten any of mine, and better never, but, they also know when to stay away from her by her growl.
