My dog was beginning to whine when I put her in her crate so I bought a stuffed animal with big eyes. I then went for a short run and held the stuffed animal next to me for some time while I was still a little sweaty (bear with me on this one). I then put the stuffed animal in her crate and she loves it. Because it has my scent on it she loves to snuggle up next to it. If you don't want to go to the trouble of sweating on a stuffed animal, placing an old worn t-shirt inside her pen might also work. Make sure it's a Tshirt that you wouldn't mind if it gets destroyed. Good luck |
