A belly band is cotton or flannel material made into a band with velcro that sellers here make.. and you put these on so they soon learn they do not like being wet.. and it helped me train a male yorkie that was not trained at 8 months old.. hope this helps.. i am not sure who the sellers are that make these.. fufufashion (Linda) makes these I know.. anne |
