Another thing is to "prime" the pee pad with a little bit of his pee, so he knows that's where to go. I rub a small amount of urine in the middle of the new, clean pad just before I throw away the old, dirty one.

What is a belly band? I bought him a couple of sweaters and shirts and a jacket and he is so cute.
