but milu had gone under anesthesia twice, once for spay, and once to remove broken teeth.
it is fine if the vet uses the safe kind of anesthesia for small dogs. |
I'm not sure neutering them would correct the problem at this point. They are both sexually mature. Hero just turned a year old and Caesar will be three in September.
