Her contract says deposits are non-refundable....so you'd be at her mercy if she wanted to return it.
I just thought of something...this breeder lives in Florida which has strict puppy lemon laws...regardless of what her contract says regarding health. Were a pet owner discover their dog was seriously ill...the buyer can recover the cost of the puppy and ALL vet expenses.
