Definitely dangerous for dogs.
Danger signs are seizures, lack of coordination and depression or
behavioral change. If you see any of these then I would get him back
as soon as possible. The Xylitol in "sugar-free" items causes a serious drop
in blood sugar in dogs, consequently causing the symptoms listed above.
I would check to make sure that all items that contain this chemical are
up high out of the way of snooping noses!
Absolutely keep your eye on him for the day.
