No, anything that is toxic is a cause for concern. I am glad he is passing all this stuff. The thing you need to make sure of is that he is drinking lenty of fluids, he is at risk of dehydration. He is not vomiting? It is good that he is not showing any other symtoms. Keep a veryclose eye out on him. If you could, I would not even leave his out of your sight. He needs to be closely monitered. Give him pedialyte too.
