It could be the milk. If stopping the milk doesn't help - you may want to consider those veggies. Veggies (fresh especially) can be tough for some dogs to digest - and for those dogs, they can be very irritating to the digestive system. If you find it is the veg. but want to continue to give them, then you might think about steaming and giving -or- steaming and pulverizing, then giving.
