You can cut them but Uni hates it when I do because they are their "feelers", but when you cut them they will be really sharp for a few days. When you see the hair color change on the face, the black whiskers will eventually change to gold! Uni's is at that stage now, and once you cut off all the black then they will not be noticeable anymore!
