hmmm how about when he chews on something, spray this thing called granny's bitter apple spray on it. Maybe he won't chew at it again since the spray taste is not yummy. I have this spray(bought it at Petsmart) because when Mimi was a puppy she used to chew on all my wires..(ugh spent so much money on buying new wires for printer, charger, and etc lol) Best of luck.
