Age: 5months (12/18/08)
Breed: yorkie
Gender: Male
Color: Brown, tan, gold, gray (so many changes going on here)
Neutered/spayed: not yet. Husband said NO when he found out what they do. I can’t wait because this humping is not cool.

Favorites:

Favorite toys: crinkle yellow ducky
Favorite treats: Anything. He’s greedy.
Favorite walks: none well i guess anywhere he can get attention
Favorite places: Grandma and Grandpa Marlo’s house
Favorite bones: none
Favorite person: Me when I am not disciplining him. Grampa Marlo because he doens't.
Favorite things to do: say “hi” to strangers. Terrorize me. Play the lazy form of fetch (he makes me retrieve). pee on my newly cleaned carpet.

Fun facts:

Funny things that your dog does to make you laugh: Winking at me. Not sure what it means but its cute. When he wants to play he wraps his arms around my ankle. He’ll do the same when I’v been gone for a while with my arm. I know I should not laugh and I don't out loud but he talks back, he has to get the last word in. My husband plays the game soooo.... He knows how to sit and lay down but because he does not want to he will throw his body on the ground in disgust and huff. SO much attitude!!! He’s so my dog.

Things your dog has done that you will never forgot: Going potty outside is still always memorable for me. Napping with my husband once he woke first and I walk in and he’s just staring at him on his belly. Looking at him like “why is noise coming out of his mouth”. My husband only snores when really really tired and that day…… Austin didn’t appreciate it.

How did you get your dog: I was doing a layover in ATL and a woman had one in a carrying case. He was so cute and calm. I think I really wanted a baby but knew my husband would not be on board with that. SO I asked for a dog. A dog that looked liked the one in the airport. 2 weeks later I brought him home. I no longer have that baby itch…… Hubby is smarter than he looks.

Is your dog good around other dogs: Some. He prefers people.

Good around children: He does. But I try to keep them at bay because he wants to play with his teeth still.

How was the first day like with your dog: The first day was a 1/2 day it was great. Everyone came home to see him. He slept through the night until like 8 (most of the time he still does) but the next full day I cried. And I continued to cry for like a two weeks. He’s a handful, my first dog, and my husband was away on business.
