If so, if you have a Yorkie or Yorkies fill this out for each dog. (other breeds are welcome!)

General Info:

Age: 1 yr

Gender: Female
Color: Silver blue
Neutered/spayed: no

Favorites:

Favorite toys: A multi colored, round squeaky, mouse
Favorite treats: Popcorn, Ice Cubes, Yogurt, Cheese
Favorite walks: Grass, Field to see the horses, and the children
Favorite places: Parks, anywhere there is Grass

Favorite bones: Bully Sticks
Favorite person: Mommy
Favorite things to do: Play with her toys, run, play fetch, take off people's socks, Bark in the window, Bird watching, Jump on mommy

Fun facts: I am a pure bred Yorkie, I am little, I have tons of energy, I have lots of nick names, I come in different sizes, and I am absolutely Adorable !

Funny things that your dog does to make you laugh: I am a sock thief, I take stuff that I should not, then Run away! , I hide my treasures, I am a kisser, and won't stop kissing your face forever! , I make my bed before i go to sleep, I always wait until my mom wakes up then I get up too in the mornings!

Things your dog has done that you will never forgot: I stayed with my mom when she was very sick after getting home from the Hospital, never leaving her side on the Bed!
I licked her scars all better> Suzi knows when I do not feel well emotionally, and is always there for me, always there >

How did you get your dog: I found a breeder through a newspaper Ad, right before mothers day, a day before> last year, I brought her home.

Is your dog good around other dogs: Not really, she is shy, and timid.

Good around children: YES

How was the first day like with your dog: She was shy, and scared, but, I loved her, and She was tired from all the excitement.

I cant think of any thing else, but share as much as you can about your beloved furbaby! Don't leave out any detail! Describe your dog from day one. Anything and everything!!! Well, Suzi is my Service animal. I was able to bring her home because I am fully disabled. I was looking for a small dog, one that I could train, to be a good part of my life, and to help me deal with many issues, and get through extremely diffcult times. So far she has helped .
I am still in the process of getting her certified. I have brought her to therapy many times with me . Suzi is only a yr. old. I have never regretted my choice of bringinf home a Yorkie. She is very smart, and Loyal.

I don't care if you have 15 dogs! fill out each form for all your dogs!
