Well, if she doesn't have a breeding pair then she purchased that baby.. so SOMEBODY didn't do a proper job of screening this new owner. We as a group, pride ourselves in really checking out new Biewer parents.. someone did not do their job or was deceived. It's usually difficult to purchase Biewers with breeding rights from most breeders. The hoops that one needs to jump through are usually pretty high, obviously, these weren't high enough!
There are not very many people who call this breed a Biewer Terrier. They are not known by that name in their country of origin or anywhere else in the world, so she must have purchased that puppy in the US..
