Brandi was very groggy the first day I brought her home after her spayed but by the next day she was about 60% back to her self. The hard part was getting her to calm down because I didn't want her stitches to come loose. By the third day she was back to her old self. That was a month ago. Just make sure she doesn't get to excited, trying to run and jump when she is feeling better at least for a few days because of the stitches. Also I couldn't give Brandi a bath for at least 10 days. Lawd.....was she a little stinker.....couldn't wait to give her a bath
