I'd take your little yorkie with you to your new apartment as soon as you can and let him start getting use to the new place> When you move you will have your things , this will help your dog at least know that the smells are the same. Have your roomates scents on some of your furniture. This will provide comfort to your dog. And allow your friends to come and visit too. Spend a lot of extra time with your Dog , he will be ok, but will need your help.
