Fortuntely that was not it> Suzi was very ill , vomiting and had diarreha. I was a mess, it was the first time she had been sick. However, she was not dehydrated , They kept her for the rest of the day for observation, and boy was she happy to see us, and ready to go home! The vet gave of antibiotics and something else I believe it was Flaggal. I was very scared.
Your Phoebe is absolutely stunning. How old is she? Is it difficult to keep her coat long? Have you bred her? What a little beauty. She is only a 6lber though, and I bet she's a doll baby. |
Phoebe is my darling girl...I agree with you...she is sooo beautiful! I don't have a problem with her coat. We bathe and groom here at home and do it weekly. I need to shave her ears again...they are so cute whenn they are cleaned up. I wish I could find another yorkie with ears like that! haha.
She had one litter...if you could call it a litter. Only one puppy...Phoenix my boy. She is now spayed, as he got stuck in the birth canal, she had to have a C section...and I freaked out and had her spayed at the same time. Phoenix is adorable, but not as beautiful as she is.
She is doing a bit better today. Her weight was down to 5 lbs 13 oz. yesterday at the vet. thank goodness she was a little chubby before this started. She ate about 1/2 an egg for me. She will NOT touch the id prescription food. Doctors always say to give that, but they don't realize how picky my dog is. I'm hoping her appetite will return soon and she will be able to have some chicken and rice. If she thinks it's my food, she'll eat it for me. Doggone yorkie...lol.
I will have to rebathe her, but she hasn't had any diarrhea today so far. No bm either, but I doubt there's anything to poop out. I will be glad to have her act normal and play again!
