 Wendy and Baby Boy
Good Morning. Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. I am sad to say we lost our little boy last night. I was really hoping he would make it. I knew when he came home his chances weren't very good; he was having a hard time breathing. I thought for sure once we made it through the first 24 hours things would work out. Poor Wendy, she tried so hard to revive him too. My concern now is to keep her stress free and help her get back to her healthy, happy self. She was very agitated for several hours last night, but is doing much better this morning. I have rearranged everything back to her pre-pregnancy days and she seems relaxed as long as I am nearby. She is asleep by my feet right now, snuggled up close to Gidget (my 4 year old and Wendy's 1/2 sister). It's amazing how close the two of these girls are; Gidget knew something was wrong and as soon as Wendy was in the room with us last night, she curled up next to her as if to comfort her. I really love these girls of mine. Hopefully, Wendy will be back to her old self by the time c-section staples are removed. Thanks again for your support. Tanya |
