We have discussed the toilet paper wedding dress game, and I think that might be one we play! Probably the only one that doesn't have to do with sitting down and writing. For others, I think "How well do you know the bride?" might be good.. I'll just call her beforehand and ask a bunch of questions. Whoever gets the most right will get a prize. Oh, and as soon as everyone is walking in, I will get them all to write special thoughts for her, whether it's advice or reasons she will be a great wife, or anything. I am going to buy a nice box today to compile them all for her. We might have time for another game too... For game prizes, I was thinking I can just go to the dollar store and buy something like a picture frame or candle holder or something. At my cousin's stagette last year (held at her friend's house), they gave picture frames as prizes and I thought that was a cool idea!
Oh yeah, is it necessary to have guest favors? It's kind of open to everyone so I have no idea how many people will be there.
Great ideas for bridal shower gifts! I really like the meal one, but they aren't going to take their honeymoon until this winter. I think i might go look for a basket of bath and body products or something like that.
For their wedding gift, I still need to talk to the other bridesmaids, but I think it would be cool if we all got together and gave them a gift certificate for an airline. They love to travel, and they are going to Vegas this fall as well as their honeymoon in the winter. I think it's something they're not expecting, and something they'll definitely use!
