Thank you for your help. Even though Lily is a Yorkie and isn't white, the tetracycline may still help with the eye drainage. I have some Eye Envy on hand that I purchased when I had a white poodle and it was terrific in removing stains. I many try it just to see if it helps with keeping the fur dry. If all else fails I could also keep the hair shorter on her face -- I just hate to do that because it will change her look.
