My boy Dax had a problem with droopy ears after receiving his 1 yr booster vacines. He was quite lethargic and his ears fell...this went on for a couple days without other symptoms.....it was like he forgot to keep them up. I don't know if this will help answer your question but I put a little piece of scotch tape on each ear just to call his attention to them and he started to hold them up right away. I hope your baby gets better soon and you might try this trick if he doesn't pick up his ears.
