Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!! shelters do puppies and kittens as young as 6 weeks old. I think that's a crime. In California where I used to live you can't adopt a shelter pet unless it's beed altered and that's a good thing, but they don't have the space to hold puppies and kittens till they are older. So they alter them when they are 6 weeks old. They have been doing this for at least 10 years. |
