When I first got my yorkie, he had problems with wet eyes. A friend told me to give him distilled water only to drink. I thought she was crazy, but in desperation I tried it. My vet also gave me a pill bottle of tetracycline powder and told me to use a teeny tiny pinch of it mixed with his food once a day for a week. She said it was basically the same as Angel Eyes that I was planning to purchase, and said she gave it to all her clients with white dogs who got tear stains. I'm not sure whether the distilled water or the tetracycline stopped the wet eyes, but within a week his eyes had cleared up. It's been nearly a year and we've never had another problem with it. I do give him distilled water exclusively though. Google it for more info... I believe a lot of people use it to prevent wet eyes and stains in their white colored dogs.
